Why Euro giants are not interested in hulk?

I know he's happy at Porto...I think he can do well in any league, but still why aren't they want to sign him yet?..stupid clubs are chasing for pathetic players nowadays.....He's only 24, his style is similar to Rivaldo or Denilson...I don't get why he's not in the Brazil team also...
