I need help with Diet/Cardio for the Summer?

I'm 17 years of Age and a Senior on the Varsity Football Team and Varsity Wrestling Team. I have worked out since i was 12 years old and played sport's my whole life. Question is: I need a workout Regimate without weights to increase appeal such as Pecks, Abs, and substain what i already have. I'm 5'9 and 140 pounds High metobalism and 7% Body Fat. What should I do? I use Close-Up Push-Ups and Reg Push-Ups 50 75 100 for 3 sets. Same for Crunches etc. I Jump Rope and Jog and stuff but it isn't the same as my Gym and I'm Broke what is best Diet and work-out routine for me during the summer?
