Why do democrats deny there is and will be rationing under Obama's heath care plan?

If rationing is stopping wasteful spending, then yes, the Affordable Care Act is rationing. Let me give you an example what wasteful spending is cut. Starting in 2003, Medicare gave private insurance under Medicare Advantage extra money to manage Medicare patient. Everyone expected private sector companies to provide better or the same level of service with a lower cost. They did not. The Affordable Care Act cuts those payments because traditional Medicare provides the same level of service at a lower price. To Democrats, that is cutting wasteful spending.
