How can I (specifically) get more viewers on Youtube?

My youtube channel is mrihearvoices, please check it out and give me constructive criticism, comments, anything. my ultimate goal is to become a youtube partner. i'll be getting a green screen soon and then i'll do parodies and more skits. also, i know the video and sound quality sucks.
