How can I and should I tell my sister that she has really bad BO?

Instead of deoderant give her some Vanilla body spray. It's more like a luxury item than a deoderant. Or a nice basket of treats that include scented candles as well as body products. There's nothing worse for a person than receiving a 'gift' just because they smell. No need to hint, she'll enjoy using them.
