My elder sister has bullied me so much....and i can do nothing...please help..?

if you read my other questions you will know how upset i am with her....she doesnt even let me drink water if mistakely i drank it from her bottle...she will ask for the money of the bottle...once i gave her shoes to my boyfriend coz his shoes were wet in rain and her shoes looked more menly and mine wasnt fitting him and was girly too...so when she came to know that,.. she charged me 300 rs...for using those shoes...and that too by snatching my atm and taking out the money by herself....not all that...our food ration is always separate and today she cooked rice in microwave...every time she'll cook rice ..she would never wash the vessel and i have to always wash it for my use...today i asked her to wash it....she said no...that she cant wash it and asked me to do that coz she said that was my problem...i was very hungry and i needed to cook rice that time....she have been treating me like this for years....i am 21 and she is 24..heavy and ferocious and so ill behaved....she has many times attacked me physically too..she pulled my hair...slapped me..beat me with kitchen rolling pins etc.. what should i do...i dont even feel like talking to her..it really scares me when she is near.....
