If my sister has an 82% in math...?

If my sister has an 82% in math and then she gets a really high A on her final, will she end up with an A for the cl? BTW there are 75 questions and one point for each. She is in 6th grade ACC. Also there is a Constructive Response and she didn't do well on it... it was worth 10 points. Please help! EASY 10 POINTS!!!!!!
