High fat content/Gaining weight/Up food intake.?

If you can see his ribs visibly I'd be concerned the dog is underweight but if you feel his bones and can't really see his bones I would not be concerned about it.Only thing I have to say is why are you feeding your dog cat food?Feed it dog food or even better feed him raw food.
