Would liposuction for puffy areolas shrink them in diameter as well?

i have puffy areolas, i was wondering though if they would dshrink in diameter after lipo or would i have to get constructive surgery...i dont want to only because idk how bad scarring could be... the avg male areola is 25-30 and mine are 40....would they shrink from the lipo? please help im a teen and i just wanna be able to go to the beach with friends and take off my shirt comfortably
