What are my odds of getting into Pomona College?

I'm involved in swim team, orchestra, and our award winning student newspaper (I loooove music and writing!) I also am in NHS and our interact club, which does some really neat fundraisers and awareness about subjects like the invisable children. I'm taking a ton of AP cles next year and right now my GPA is 4.033. I just went to HOBY leadership conference and I'm fortunate enough to get to go to the World Leadership Conference in July! I really want to major in History or Sociology and Pomona looks exactly like what I'm looking for! What are my odds of getting in?
