I need help on Ration dilutions?

I have an enzyme with a concentration of 2 mg/mL and a sample with a concentration of 0.52mg/mL. I need to do a 1:3 (enzyme to sample) combination based on the concentration. How much do I need from them in volumes (Maybe microliters)
