Extracurriculars for college?

The two I have in mind are marching band and a dance team. Both are rigorous in their own way, attend a couple of competitions throughout the year, performances throughout the school year in recitals and emblies,etc. I'm curious as to which would look better on a college application, considering that I have pretty decent grades and challenging courses.
