Can you get to much exercise?

Yep, too much exercise is not good for you at all. You need to allow your body to recover, this means taking a break every other day or so with certain body parts. Get a full 7-8 hours of sleep, thats when muscles grow, and 85% of your body is made up of what you eat. So make sure you eat healthy foods.
