Fifa 11 ultimate team question?

i have the xbox game of fifa 11 and each time i log onto ea sports and i wanna manage my team on my pc,it keeps asking how many players are on my club and how many staff,im guessing someone hacked it or something.still how do i know how many players/staff i have cause ive been entering a number but it keeps saying its incorrect
