Air conditioning condenser/fan will not run?

Open the electric service panel on the unit. Look for the start/run capacitor. If it has three separate connectors on it. That is more than likely your problem. The connectors will be marked Fan Herm and C. C is for common off the contactor. Herm is for the compressor. Fan is self explanatory.
