Pokemon White Training Question?

I wanted to train some pokemon to use for battling some of my friends and I was planning on training Eelektross, Chandelure, and Hydreigon. I would like to know how to train them (EVs, Natures, Moves). I think that Eelektross would make a good partner for Reuniclus since they both have low speed and Reuniclus can use trick room. Hydreigon has awesome offensive and decent defensive stats and I just plain like it. I actually might not train Chandelure because while it is good, the only thing it has going for it is it's beastly special attack and decent defenses. Anyways, I would really appreciate some help for my team. (Also if you could recommend some good double battle combinations, that would be wonderful, but that is just extra)
