I had purchase residance two week back and i had only sale agreement registered as proof of res will it do?

i had pport which expired on nov-2009,for re-issue application as a res.proof my hsg society not give any kind of in writing about possetion till next agm of soc.held and may be i can provide bank statement for one month as a changed adress proof, i dont have ration card proof,and change of name in electricitybill are in process takes some time what should i do for providing proof of residance to pport authority i already stay there at my new adress
